Shipping and delivery

Delivery information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your Track & Trace code, so you can track your parcel.

Courier service

We mainly dispatch our parcels via DPD.

Delivery charges

Netherlands: €6.95 (including Track & Trace)

Belgium: €8.95

Germany: €8.95

All rates include Track & Trace.

Home delivery

DPD will make one delivery attempt. If you are not at home, DPD may deliver the parcel to a neighbour or take it to a DPD collection point. This is part of DPD’s standard delivery process.

If you refuse the parcel at the door or do not collect it from the designated collection point, a processing and administration fee of €6.95 (NL) / €8.95 (BE/DLD) will be charged.

The delivery address is the address provided by the customer. If there is an error in the address or the details have not been checked correctly, all additional costs (return costs and re-dispatch) will be borne by the buyer. The return costs are equal to the standard delivery charges.

Delivery to a collection point

If a parcel is delivered by DPD to a collection point – despite a home delivery address having been provided – you, as the customer, are responsible for collecting the parcel in good time.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the return costs of €6.95 (NL) €8.95 (BE/DLD) will be charged.

If you wish to have the parcel re-sent, the delivery charges will again be €6.95 (NL) / €8.95 (BE/DLD).

Leave-at-door permission

If you opt for leave-at-door permission, you are giving the delivery driver explicit permission to leave the parcel at a location of your choice.

If the parcel is subsequently stolen, damaged or goes missing, the responsibility lies entirely with you as the customer.

In the case of drop-off permission, we are not liable for damage, theft or loss of the contents of the parcel.

Delivery time

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the bar at the top of the webshop.
