Mooie Mand stands for quality and service. Despite our care and attention to your order, it may happen that an order does not fully meet your expectations. You have the right to return an item within 14 days, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period, you may view and assess the item as you would in a shop, unless otherwise stated. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you take possession of your ordered item.
The purchase price, including shipping costs, will be refunded to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The shipping costs for returning the goods are at your own expense.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete our return form in full and return it to us. You can find our return form here:
Only fully completed forms will be processed.
We request that you pack the items you wish to return securely to prevent any damage.
